I already have a MAM. Can I still use Moments Lab?
Yes. Your MAM keeps the archive, we handle finding, clipping, and publishing. We connect to your existing storage without moving your high-res files, and we search it with our own AI-built engine, not just AI tags added on top of your MAM's existing search. Files can move from your MAM to Moments Lab automatically, through your own orchestration tools or the Moments Lab API, and metadata like rights information comes across with them. And for some customers, Moments Lab can double as your MAM: you connect your storage directly and set up your own metadata fields right in the platform.
Do you train your AI on our content?
No. We never train our models on your content to improve them for anyone else. Your media and metadata stay yours, private and under your control. "Tailored to your shows" means we configure the AI to your characters, storylines, and editorial voice, not feed your footage into a shared model. Your content stays in your environment.
