AI Video Discovery company Moments Lab is proud to have been named to Fast Company’s prestigious list of the World’s Most Innovative Companies of 2026. Ranked in the top 10 in the ‘Media and News’ category, this year’s list shines a spotlight on businesses that are shaping industry and culture through their innovations.

“From our earliest days as a company, we’ve adopted a pioneer mindset and taken new, previously-unexplored approaches to solve our clients’ challenges. Receiving this acknowledgement and being named among so many other companies we admire - we see that as powerful validation,” said Phil Petitpont, Co-founder and CEO of Moments Lab.  ‍

A recent stream of achievements, amassed over the past year, helped secure Moments Lab’s place on the ‘Most Innovative’ companies list. In 2025 alone, the company released an exponentially more powerful AI model, MXT-2, secured $24 million in funding, and spearheaded agentic transformation in the media & entertainment industry with its Discovery Agent which saw rapid user uptake at more than 50% in the first six months. Moments Lab also took home “Best of Show” awards from two globally recognized broadcasting events: the National Association of Broadcasters and International Broadcasting Convention. All the while, the company continued to grow its client roster with established international media companies including production powerhouse Banijay Entertainment.
